Ramadan & Friendship Dinner at the Pleasant Dale Chateau in West Orange
July 8th 2014, The Turkish Cultural Center in Passaic County hosted a Ramadan & Friendship Dinner at the Pleasant Dale Chateau in West Orange.
The theme for the evening was “Obedience, Reflection & Change by fasting”. Speakers Rabbi Neal Borrovitz, Fr. Anthony Randazzo and Dr. Mesut Sahin all spoke from their own perspectives on the topic.
Many Dignitaries were present that evening such as; Sen. Joe Pennacchio, Asw. Shavonda Sumter, FBI Special Agent in Charge Aaron Ford, Mayor of Clifton, Mayor of Carlstadt and many others.
We thank MC, Rev Jeff Markay of the Chatham United Methodist Church for welcoming the guests and running the program.
It was a wonderful evening where new friendships were made.
